Veterinary requirements:

Please bring proof of current vaccinations.

Required vaccinations are:

  • Distemper
  • Adenovirus type 2
  • Parainfluenza
  • Parvo
  • Rabies

Why are so many vaccinations required?

Because we are running the races in a provincial park, we need to follow vaccination guidelines for the protection of wildlife. In addition the coyotes and wolves that call this area home could carry distemper or parvovirus and pass it on to the dogs.
